Your data is stored on secure servers located in India. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including:
Encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest
Access controls limiting data access to authorised personnel only
Regular security assessments and monitoring
Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you of any breach as required by applicable law.
7.Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Business data stored in SoftTrade ERP products is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon subscription termination, we provide a 30-day window to export your data. After this window, data is deleted from active systems and within 90 days from backup systems, unless longer retention is required by law.
Contact and marketing data is retained until you opt out or request deletion.

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements

10.SoftTrade Mandi ERP (Android App)
This section describes the SoftTrade Mandi ERP mobile application and takes precedence over the general statements above where the two differ.
Who it covers
The app is issued to businesses that hold a SoftTrade subscription. You sign in with credentials issued by your organisation, not an account you create yourself. Your organisation controls the records you can see and remains responsible for the business data within them; SoftTrade Infotech Pvt. Ltd. processes that data on its behalf.
What the app collects
Account identifiers — the user ID issued to you, your display name, registered mobile number, and the company and division you are assigned to.
Authentication data — your password, transmitted to verify your login. It is never written to storage on your device.
Business records — the invoices, orders, ledgers, party accounts, stock, payments and reports you view or enter.
Attachments — photos and documents, only at the moment you choose them through the attach control, from your camera, gallery or files.
Session and audit data — a session identifier, a device-type marker, and login and logout timestamps, recorded so your organisation can audit access and enforce single-device sign-in.
App preferences — system parameters and settings cached on your device so screens open more quickly.
What the app does not collect
No location or GPS data.
No contacts, call logs or SMS.
No advertising identifiers, and no advertising SDKs.
No third-party analytics, crash-reporting or social-media SDKs.
No IP-based web analytics, browsing history or referring-page data. The automatic web-analytics collection described earlier in this policy applies to our website, not to the mobile app.
No background access to your camera, photos or files. These are read only at the moment you pick a file to attach.
Permissions the app requests
Network access and network-state access only. The app declares no location, contacts, microphone or background-storage permissions.
How information is shared
Your data is sent only to your own organisation's SoftTrade ERP server. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or analytics providers.
How your data is transmitted
Data travelling between the app and your organisation's ERP server is protected in transit using TLS.
Access control
Access is restricted by user ID and password, with permissions set by your administrator. Sessions are tied to a single device: signing in elsewhere ends the earlier session.
Retention and deletion
Business and audit records are retained for as long as your organisation requires them and as long as tax and accounting law demands, commonly several years. Retention periods are set by your organisation, not by the app. To access, correct, export or delete personal data held about you, contact your organisation's administrator, or email [email protected] and we will assist them.
Children
The app is a business tool intended for users aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

11.Children's Privacy
Our Services are intended for business use by adults and are not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
